The industry can move towards higher standards and professionalism
Trust is the foundation of every successful event.
On listable, we are committed to building a platform where trust is earned, maintained, and valued.
How It Works? Onlistable helps you move from visibility - to trust - to consistent business growth.
How We Build Trust On Listable Trust on the platform is built through three key layers:
1. Platform Review (All Listings)
“Verified to Exist”
Every service provider listed on Onlistable goes through a basic review process before being approved.
This includes:
- Validation of business information
- Review of submitted content
- Category and service relevance checks
This ensures that all listings meet a minimum quality and legitimacy standard.

2. Performance & Reputation
“Proven to Deliver”
Trust is also built over time through:
- Client reviews and ratings
- Completed projects
- Responsiveness and professionalism
As vendors continue to deliver quality work, they build a strong reputation profile on the platform.
3. Onlistable Verification (Green Tick)
“Verified & Trusted”
The Green Tick is awarded to vendors who have undergone a deeper verification process and meet higher standards of quality, professionalism, and reliability.
Verification (Green Tick) What the Green tick Means
A Green Tick indicates that a vendor has:
- Submitted valid business documentation
- Provided a verified portfolio of past work
- Demonstrated consistency in quality and delivery
- Met Onlistable’s verification standar
Who can apply for Verification?
- Vendors on the Professional Plan can apply for standard verification
- Vendors on the Premium Plan can apply for priority verification
- Vendors on the Flex plan have to upgrade to apply for Verification
Approval is based on review and is not guaranteed.
Verification Process
- Vendor submits application
- Documents and portfolio are reviewed
- Quality and credibility are assessed
- Decision is made:
- ✅ Approved → Green Tick awarded
- ❌ Not yet approved → Feedback provided for improvement
Quality Review and Accountability Trust is not static - it is continuously maintained.
ORANGE TICK – UNDER REVIEW
A vendor may be placed under review if:
- There is verified failure on delivery, proffessionalism or quality.
- There are repeated negative reviews
- Other Verified complaints are received
- There is evidence of poor service or misconduct
What this means:
- Vendor is being assessed
- Their performance is under monitoring
- Clients are advised to review details carefully
REMOVAL OF VERIFICATION TICK
If a vendor no longer meets quality standards:
- The Green Tick may be removed
- Vendor returns to standard listing status
- Vendor may earn back the verification status on continous delivery
⛔ SUSPENSION / NON-RENEWAL
In cases of serious or repeated misconduct after warnings:
- Listing may be suspended
- Vendor may not be eligible for renewal
How We Make Decisions We are committed to fairness and transparency.
We do NOT act on:
- Single complaints without verification
- Anonymous or unverified claims
- Alone ( It is not a one man decision)
We DO consider:
- Patterns of behavior
- Verified feedback
- Evidence from both clients and vendors
- Board Decision (Matters are handled by a sitting board – a group of voted industry players)
Vendors are always given an opportunity to respond before action is taken.
TRUST JOURNEY FOR VENDORS
Every vendor progresses through levels of trust:
- ✔ Listed Vendor
- ⭐ Reviewed Vendor
- 🏅 Top Rated Vendor
- 🟢 Verified Vendor (Green Tick)
Trust is built over time through performance and consistency.
